Preset Packages

What is Preset Packages?

If you often use the same packaging for your shipments, we’ve made things simpler. With Preset Packages, you can now save packaging templates in your portal - just like stored addresses and HS codes. This means you no longer have to manually enter package dimensions and weights every time you ship.

This update is especially useful if:

✅ You reuse specific box sizes or packaging materials

✅ You frequently ship the same products

✅ You want a more organized way to manage your packaging

Creating a Preset Package

Before you can apply your presets when making a new shipment, you need to set them up.

“Preset Packages” Page

In the side navigation bar in your portal, go to the new menu option called “Preset Packages”.

“Add Package”

Clicking on “Add Package” will prompt you to provide a name (a personal reference), dimensions and weight details for your new preset.

Viewing Your Presets

Any presets you have made will be shown in your “Preset Packages” page. You also have the ability to edit the preset once its made, and toggle it on or off. Presets toggled off won’t be displayed as an option when you are creating a new shipment.

Using a Preset Package

Once you have set up your presets, you can then use them when making a new shipment.

New Shipment

When creating a new shipment, you will now be able to see an “Add From Presets” button in the “Packaging” section. This will allow you to choose which presets you want to apply to the shipment.
